Debbie has produced, and executive produced in excess of 2000 hours of television across every genre and format both in the UK and the USA.
In 1991 she co- founded Kudos Productions one of the leading UK independent production companies acquired by the Shine Group in 2007. Kudos best known for its award winning drama series Spooks.
Alongside Elizabeth Murdoch, Debbie launched PTV in the USA. The critically acclaimed My Games Fever was broadcast live 4 hours every afternoon into 31 million homes on the My Network. She created and launched the BAFTA-winning first fully interactive TV channel Avago bought by Gala Bingo. she has been involved in the turnaround of HandMade Films and has previously worked at ITV as Commissioner for Interactive.

Michael has 30+ years of international TV and film experience leading multicultural teams in the areas of sales, contract negotiation, acquisitions, business development, merchandising and licensing, marketing, press & publicity, event management, sales administration and sales operations working with companies based in the US, Canada, England, and Germany.
Michael has driven revenues for various major studios, medium and small production companies through rapid macroeconomic, technological and industry change in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Past employers range from Warner Brothers International TV and 21st Century Fox to Hallmark International TV, Leonine Holding (Tele Muenchen Group) and A+E Neworks International.
An ex-competitive freestyle skier, Michael competes in all disciplines of Alpine racing and is on the board of Great Britain Snowsports.
